污染物的测量与分析有多种方法,而在汽车行业作为标准的污染物分析方法,优尔鸿信使用的清洁度检测标准,一直遵循VDA-19和ISO-16232,或各大汽车公司的内部标准。VDA-19/ISO-16232规定了以下两种方法

清洁度测试常用清洗法:
1.晃动清洗法
2.压力清洗法(喷洗)
3.超声波冲清洗法
4.冲洗法(罐洗)
5.其他清洗方法
清洁度测试步骤:
1.清洗:依照客户提供的搅拌方式,频率、时间、清洗液等参数对样品进行清洗,清洗后进行真空过滤
2.烘干:依照客户规定的条件参数对清洗之后的滤膜进行烘干
3.称重:将经过烘干冷却的滤膜放在天平上称量,读数到0.1mg。过滤后的滤膜与空白滤膜的质量差即为工件杂质重量;
4.清洁度分析:依据相关标准要求,选取合适的测试方法。设定扫描区域,设备自动进行扫描拼图,并进行颗粒物自动分析统计
清洁度测试什么情况下需要做衰减试验:
一般清洗过程参数依照客户提供之测试要求,客户未做明确要求时,需做衰减实验,确认清洗参数,所有过程体现在测试报告中。
