清洁度检测主要是为了消除零件上残留的机械杂质。在装配之前如果不把这些残留杂质**干净的话，将会对零件表面造成摩擦损害，包括，发动机孔擦伤、拉缸，导致发动机无法正常工作，损坏轴瓦，影响整机性能和使用寿命。目前国内发动机的使用寿命普遍低于*水平，其中零件乃至整机的清洁度度是一个重要的影响因素。
