随着充电桩电缆IEC 62893: 2017的正式发布,电动汽车及充电设施正式步入高速发展阶段。德国莱茵TÜV依照充电桩电缆四种主要标准(GB/T 33594-2017、2PfG 1908、EN 50620、IEC 62893)推出了充电桩电缆国际认证服务,帮助企业在充电桩设施市场。随着电动汽车续航里程的不断升级,电动汽车内部导线的电压等级也相应提高,主要有ISO/FDIS 19642和ISO 14572两大标准。ISO 19642由TC 22/SC32起草并终发布,其标委会包括国际车企的研发人员。该标准的发布意味着未来主机厂采购将有更加明确的标准,无论是合资品牌还是国内自主品牌,都将青睐于这版为电动汽车量身定制的线缆标准。
另外,随着人们对充电效率的要求不断提高,大电流的充电已经成为势在必行的趋势。TÜV 莱茵拟定的2PfG Q2473液冷电缆标准中,在导体截面积上比普通的充电电缆节省多70%能效的情况下,亦能满足15分钟充满80%电量的充电效率。

2017年7月起,欧洲范围内建筑用电线电缆将满足建筑指令EU 305/2011 (Construction Products Regulation:简称CPR指令)相关法律法规。要求包含在建筑或土木工程中使用的传输电缆和通讯电缆对火,烟的产生和蔓延的抑制要求。其中EN 50575:2014+A1:2016规定:电力电缆、控制电缆、通信电缆等线缆产品都按照标准中相关测试后评定级别。
TÜV莱茵可为客户提供本地化测试服务,并帮助企业一次测试,同时检验产品是否达到,由国家防火建筑材料质量监督检测中心制定的GB/T 31247的相关要求。
From July 2017, wires and cables for use in constructionacross Europe must meet the relevant laws and regulationsunder the EU 305/2011 Construction Products Regulation(CPR), which covers requirements for the prevention of smokegeneration and spread in transmission and communicationcables used in construction or civil engineering. EN 50575:2014+ A1:2016 stipulates that all cable products, includingpower cables, control cables and communication cables, mustbe graded according to the relevant tests in the standard.
TÜV Rheinland provides localisation test services forcustomers and can help enterprises to conduct tests. |t canalso examine products to see whether they meet relevantrequirements of GB/T 31247 formulated by the NationalCenter for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire BuildingMaterials.
